Howard Edington, MD
Dr. Edington's research interests include
the use of biological therapies for cancer treatments including
cytokine, gene therapy and vaccine based therapies. He is interested
in tissue engineering and has served as an industrial consultant.
He has been involved in the design and implementation of multiple
tissue engineering approaches to wound healing including numerous
multi-institution clinical trials. He is currently a member
of the Society of Surgical Oncology, the Plastic Surgery Research
Council and the Wound Healing Society.
